Taunus Printing (Hong Kong) Company Limited was founded in Hong Kong over 40 years ago and is the pioneer of Hong Kong printing industry. We possess the world’s most advanced production and quality control equipment, complete from litho plating to printing. 

    Subsequently, we founded Taunus (China) Printing Company Limited in Shenzhen. With a legacy of great business acumen our business grew steadily and rapidly, offering local and overseas clients quality and speedy printing solutions. To welcome new opportunities and face new challenges so that we continue to lead the market, we further developed our business from the strong business foundation from our Hong Kong and Shenzhen factories, and built a factory campus in Heshan Industrial City in Guangdong.

    Taunus Printing (Heshan) Company Limited is 130,000 sq. m., with building area totaling to 56145.7 sq. m. Our three-storey factory makes up 36,100 square meters. The campus is well planned with a distinctive split of responsibilities amongst departments and a beautiful environment, with 65% of the land is in greenery. We have built a VIP wing for visiting clients, male & female staff living quarters, as well as a multi-purpose building servicing all company staff, keeping communications open to create a harmonious and mutually-respected environment, so that every staff can focus their passion and efforts on their work.

    As the company grows and develops steadily, apart from increasing productivity, we also gradually added more state of the art facilities to increase efficiency and lower costs, and shorten production cycles. Using our new factories as an asset, we invested in the state-of-the-art KBA 105 printer, with a printing speed of 18,000 pages per hour, Densitronic color testing and main control systems, to obtain stable, quality printed products, increase the quality of color reprints, to satisfy the production requirements on single sheet printing.

    The company also possess the advanced Heidelberg CMYK printer to provide complete printing solutions that is high-quality, professional and fast, complete with from pre-and post-printing treatments and stapling facilities from Germany, Japan and Taiwan, to ensure the finished products to be the highest quality.

    A team of stable and quality staff is integral to any printing business. Whether it is the color control during the printing process, the water-ink balance, or the stapling, packaging or paper mounting in post-printing work, the workers’ skills are very important. Taunus, where people comes first, understands this completely, and was certified ISO9001: 2000 in March of 2001. In management, we strictly enforce the 5S management and quality control system to ensure the quality of our products, providing quality, efficiency, sustainability, balance, safety and a hygienic environment in our production, strictly controlling production quantities each procedure.
